Give Your Zakat Safely — Sharia-Verified Campaigns
Every eligible campaign is manually reviewed to confirm it qualifies for Zakat and Sadaqah under established Islamic guidelines.
Browse eligible campaignsHow Nbta Verifies Zakat Eligibility
We do not auto-label campaigns. Each request goes through Sharia and operational review before the «Zakat Eligible» badge appears.
Purpose review
We confirm the campaign serves an authorized category — poor, needy, ongoing charity projects, or expiations.
Beneficiary verification
We review the creator, supporting documents, and actual reach to those in need before approval.
Approval & monitoring
Approved campaigns are recorded with Zakat/Sadaqah type and verification date, with re-review when needed.

Zakat Eligible ✓FAQ
Can I pay my Zakat through Nbta?
Yes. You may pay Zakat al-Mal through campaigns marked «Zakat Eligible» and classified as Zakat al-Mal. We recommend consulting a scholar to confirm your Zakat obligation on your wealth.
How is Zakat eligibility verified?
The Nbta team reviews campaign purpose, beneficiaries, and supporting documents. Approved campaigns are recorded with type, verification date, and reviewer.
What is the difference between Zakat and Sadaqah?
Zakat is obligatory on those who meet the nisab threshold, for specific categories. Sadaqah is voluntary — general (nafilah) or ongoing (jariyah). Nbta labels each campaign clearly.
Does Sadaqah Jariyah count as Zakat?
Sadaqah Jariyah is voluntary and does not fulfill mandatory Zakat unless the campaign is classified as Zakat al-Mal and meets the conditions. You can choose «ongoing charity» as your donation intention.
Do I get proof of my donation intention?
Yes. Your email receipt includes your stated intention (Zakat al-Mal, Sadaqah Jariyah, or general charity) if you selected it at checkout.
Who is responsible for the validity of my Zakat payment?
Nbta reviews campaign eligibility under our guidelines, but determining whether Zakat is due on your wealth and meeting its conditions remains your responsibility. Consult a scholar when in doubt.
